We provide locksmith services including house lockout, car lockout, lock installation, and repair for residential and commercial properties within a 23-mile radius of Shrewsbury, MA.
2. Service Availability
Our services are available from Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Service areas include: Shrewsbury, Northboro, Marlboro, Westboro, and Worcester.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled through phone or email.
We request at least 2-hour prior notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations may incur a service fee.
4. Pricing and Payment
All service charges will be discussed before work begins.
Payments are accepted via cash, card, or other agreed methods.
Full payment is due upon completion of service.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure accurate address and contact information at the time of service booking.
Provide safe access to the property or vehicle.
6. Liability
We take utmost care in providing our services.
However, Smart Locksmith is not responsible for any indirect damages, loss of valuables, or events beyond our control during or after service.
