2. Service Availability

Our services are available from Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Service areas include: Shrewsbury, Northboro, Marlboro, Westboro, and Worcester.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments must be scheduled through phone or email.

• We request at least 2-hour prior notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations may incur a service fee.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All service charges will be discussed before work begins.

• Payments are accepted via cash, card, or other agreed methods.

• Full payment is due upon completion of service.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate address and contact information at the time of service booking.

• Provide safe access to the property or vehicle.

6. Liability

• We take utmost care in providing our services.

• However, Smart Locksmith is not responsible for any indirect damages, loss of valuables, or events beyond our control during or after service.
